Stations offer a main food item or main course but deconstructed, so guests are invited to build, create, and style their plate to their liking. Southern Style Shrimp & Grits- housemade butter grits served hot w/ sauteed or blackened shrimp and a variety of toppings including green onions, cheese, crumbled bacon, hot sauces, chopped ham, and condiments
Loaded Mashed Potato Bar- load up a martini glass chocked full with delicious, creamy mashed potatoes and all the toppings you could want- butter, sour cream, chives, bacon, ham, black olives, green onions, shredded cheeses, gravy, and seasonings. If you’d like to make it a main course, we recommend adding chopped and shredded meats to the bar such as BBQ chicken, pulled pork, beef tenderloins,
Build Your Own Pasta Bar- Mangia Mangia- let guests create their own Italian Cuisine. Choose from a wide variety of pastas, sauces, meats, cheeses, and veggies for guests to build their own pasta bowl. A few options include tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, garlic cream primavera, five cheese sauce, meatballs, Italian sausage, blackened or grilled chicken/shrimp, garlic butter shrimp, beef tenderloin, steamed broccoli, peppers, spinach, mushrooms, etc.
Taco/Fajita Bar- Nothing beats a Street Taco Bar and for us, every day of the week can be Taco Tuesday. This spread includes flour and corn tortillas, shredded cheeses, lettuce, chopped tomato, red onions, salsa, sour cream, black olives, tangy slaw, guacamole, queso, tortilla chips, and 3 meat options (we highly recommend Barbocoa Shredded Pork, Salsa Lime Chicken, & Tomatillo Roasted Flank Steak)
Slider Bar- Sliders are always a hit; choose one style or a mix and match of flavors for every taste- BBQ Pulled Pork, Chicken Parm, BLT, American Cheeseburger, Veggie Burgers, Hawaiian Ham & Swiss
Baked Potato Bar- Grab a foil wrapped hot baked potato and go to town on the toppings- butter, sour cream, chives, bacon, ham, black olives, green onions, shredded cheeses, gravy, and seasonings
Omelet Bar- Perfect for the breakfast or brunch event. We offer a table full or veggies, meats, cheese, sauces, and condiments for guests to load up on and return to our on site chef omelet station. Each omelet is prepared to order as guests bring their topping and mixing options and then our servers deliver the omelet to each guests at their table. It’s a a perfect way to kick start a meeting, celebration, or party!
Fondue Station- Let’s go European style for some fondue dipping. Guests can load up on the dippers of their choosing and have a little fun while their at it! Choose chocolate fondue (brownies, cheesecake, fresh fruit, marshmallows, pretzel rods, rice krispy treats, and oreos) to accompany the  dessert table or Cheese fondue (breads, fresh veggies, meats, pretzels, apples)
Fresh Garden Salad Station- Fresh, healthy, and Stunning- create a plate of beauty with mixed greens, fresh veggies, cheeses, meats, nuts, dressings and more
Backyard Shrimp Boil- A Southern fave… this setup goes great at any outdoor event or fest. We  offer onsite boiling so guests can get the full experience- Shrimp boil includes fresh Gulf shrimp, Andouille sausage, corn niblets, red potatoes, celery, and a whole ‘lotta Old Bay. Lemons, Cocktail Sauce & Horseradish served tableside- with lots of napkins and bibs! Add on a few buffet options such as grilled chicken, mac and cheese, coleslaw, biscuits, etc for a few non-seafood lovers and we guarantee this to be a crowd pleaser!
Raw Oyster Bar- Fresh Gulf Oysters served with all the fixings- crackers, hot sauce, lemon, cocktail sauce, horseradish over ice. Served one dozen per person
