Catering Information & Contract

Set Up and Clean Up:

Event set up will be completed 30 minutes prior to event start time.  Buffet setups will remain open and staffed for 2 hours. VIBE Productions is responsible for the break down and clean up of all food, and all said Culinary Catering 365 rentals. All clean up will be completed by agreed time on the night of the event. If any guest damages anything owned or covered by VIBE, the contract signor will be responsible and billed within 5-7 days after the event.

Responsible Alcohol Service:

Culinary Catering 365 requires staff members to refuse service of alcohol to minors and to refuse service to any guest that, in the judgment of any staff member, appears intoxicated.  Open communication between you and our service staff will help ensure the safe and responsible consumption of alcohol.

Payment Details:

A booking fee of 35% is due at time of contract signing to guarantee a hold on the date for your function. The final payment is due 10 days in advance of your event with your final count. The final payment is subject to revision if changes are made to the contract.  If any additional expenses are incurred during your event, you will be billed after your event(s) and have 5 days to make final payment.

Cancellation Policy or Change of Date:

The contract may be cancelled only by written notification to Culinary Catering 365. All contract signers must also sign the cancellation notification.  The booking fee is non-refundable.  If, due to emergency, the client wishes to reschedule the event at a location and on a date agreeable to Culinary Catering 365, we will be pleased to honor these arrangements.

Inclement Weather:

In the event of inclement weather conditions, it may be necessary for the event to be moved. The client must contact Culinary Catering 365 at least 6 hours prior to the start time of the event if a determination is made to move the event to another venue.  Culinary Catering 365 will make every effort possible to replicate the agreed upon products and services in the new venue. Culinary Catering 365 cannot be held responsible for power outages.
